About

Survivor Statement
I am a survivor of domestic violence.
For years, I lived behind the curtain of perfection—a dedicated military spouse and licensed educator raising children while surviving silent abuse. I endured the weight of emotional, financial, and psychological control, all while trying to protect my children and keep my career intact.
But silence does not equal peace. I broke that silence to reclaim my story, and I will not be intimidated back into the shadows.
What I share here is not gossip.
It is not vengeance.
It is truth.
Legal Protections
Everything I publish, including material related to the United States military, has been reviewed through proper legal channels and is protected by both state and federal law.
I am protected by:
-
California’s Anti-SLAPP Law (Code of Civil Procedure § 425.16)
-
Arizona’s Anti-SLAPP Law (A.R.S. § 12-751)
-
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
-
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
-
42 U.S. Code § 12203 (ADA protections)
These laws safeguard my right (and yours!) to speak about domestic abuse, child endangerment, institutional misconduct, and systemic injustice.
Mandated Reporter
I am a licensed educator in good standing with over 17 years of experience. I hold multiple valid teaching credentials and child performer services permits and have served as a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect throughout my career, working hand in hand with schools and in the entertainment industry to uphold the safety and well-being of children.
I continue to act in full alignment with my legal and ethical responsibilities.
Any threat or attempt to silence me from fulfilling my duty as a mandated reporter constitutes a violation of child protection laws, professional conduct standards, and federal whistleblower protections. Such attempts will be formally reported to the appropriate licensing boards, education departments, and federal oversight agencies.
